Ricardo “ Rick” Williams has been the Manager of Equity and Inclusion for the City of Pittsburgh since 2015. As Manager, he oversees the Equal Opportunity Review Commission (E.O.R.C.)

Rick and his staff work collaboratively with city departments and external vendors to create various entry points of opportunity for minority and women vendors to secure construction and professional service contracts.

He served as an internal co-lead on the Equity Indicator Reports and is currently involved with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDG ) local alignment project with key cross-sector industry stakeholders for universal local adoption and implementation.

Rick is a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh – Class XXXI, a community-focused program that selects emerging leaders across Allegheny County. He was awarded the 2012 Pittsburgh Courier Men of Excellence for his work in Human Services and Community Development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and a Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management from Robert Morris University.
